浙江昭華生物醫藥有限公司（昭華生藥，Zova Biotherapeutics Inc.）從美國Concortis公司引入先進的抗體-藥物偶聯體（Antibody-Drug Conjugates, ADC)類藥物的開發技術，立足中國，在全球范圍內從事抗體-藥物偶聯體類新型生物制藥的研究、開發、合作、轉讓和生產。

“昭華生藥”力爭成為ADC類生物制藥領域的創新者和領導者。目前擁有員工數10人，其中博士3人，碩士5人。作為第一個項目，昭華已成功研發出采用化學方法做到定點定量偶聯的抗her2靶點ADC – ZV0203，該產品研發已完成三批中試，正在進行毒理安評階段，很快將完成臨床前評價階段進入臨床試驗中，其專利也已拿到受理號。在第二個項目上，昭華以在多種惡性腫瘤上均有高表達的5T4為靶向，已通過荷瘤動物模型篩選出有強抗癌活性的ZV0508作為臨床前開發的候選ADC。另外，我們還有2個ADC和雙靶向的項目也已進入細胞篩選階段。
